These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "User") and bo333 (hereinafter referred to as "bo333", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). 2. Eligibility

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds in the Account will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bo333 Services are made available primarily to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bo333 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bo333 makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market. 2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bo333 platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or under different names or identities — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held therein.

2.4 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, and are not acting under compulsion. 3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

3.1 Registration Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bo333 Account login credentials, including your username and password. bo333 will never contact you via email, chat, or telephone to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified bo333 of a suspected security breach. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

4.1 Account Currency

All bo333 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. bo333 does not maintain USD, EUR, or other foreign currency sub-accounts. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bo333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

4.3 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳300. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by bo333, though your mobile wallet provider's own daily transaction limits apply. Deposits via mobile wallet typically reflect in your bo333 Account within 2 to 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as your bo333 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. For fully KYC-verified Accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM BST). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bo333 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bo333 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total eligible wagers to be completed before the Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable Balance. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bo333 actively monitors Accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, wagering patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated play between associated accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, bo333 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently ban the Player from future promotional offers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Disconnection and Technical Faults

In cases where the game cannot be resumed, any stake for an incomplete round will be refunded to your Account Balance. bo333 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's own internet connection instability or device failure.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the bo333 platform under any identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive format
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on sports events that you have any ability to influence
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime

8. Responsible Gaming

While bo333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary platform unavailability, and no compensation will be payable for such periods.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bo333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bo333.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bo333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bo333 platform. bo333 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bo333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bo333 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
